Rooftop Farm

Rooftop Farm

A rooftop farm in one of the largest cities in the world.

Biointensive Food Production

We use a biointensive system to have a high food production in a limited space.  We use square foot gardening with elevated garden beds combined with biointensive gardening principles.  All of our food production is organic and we use exclusively organic methods for pest control. Our seeds are organic and non-GMO.

The rooftop has space for 70 boxes plus a vertical garden.  The soil is made out of vermiculite, peat moss, vegetable compost and vermicompost.  We currently have 44 boxes that measure 4ftx4ftx8in.  You can come visit us any time.
